I want to replicate all the websites on a dedicated server at HostMySite to a local server. If I were on linux I could use rsync. For Windows, I'm aware of robocopy, but I have not used it. I was wondering if anyone else had tried to replicate/synchronize sites across two servers like this. With robocopy it looks like all I need to do is map a drive and go. I'm wondering about the security of doing it this way though- I suppose I could use an SSH tunnel as an additional layer. Does anyone have any thoughts?
