I just went through the smarterstats interface and I do not see the type of breakdown you are looking for. Under Report Items though there is Top Downloads by Hit/Visits which should give you an indication of which .cab files were downloaded and how often.

We can contact SmarterStats for you and ask them to implement this feature in a future patch as it sounds like something that would be useful. Also, if you can tell us which stats program your previous host was using I am sure it would help SmarterStats to be able to create a similar feature.

Thanks, I appreciate it. At my old host, I was using "Statistics Server Live Stats 5.0". The company is, "Media House Software Inc". I'm pretty sure this is fairly old software.

It is - we were actually using Live Stats version 8? or so until a few weeks ago when we switched to SmarterStats (see the LiveStats vs. SmarterStats discussion in this forum)

Sorry for the delay - here is the answer from SmarterStats:

Currently, there is no quick report with this information. They can see the downloaded count by doing the Direct Referrals by Page report, or by running the Top Pages report and searching for their file, however

Ok, thanks. Hopefully they'll add this in, in a future version.

SmarterTools has been pretty good about working with us to make their products better - the only complaint I have is that they're pretty overbooked right now in terms of feature requests. I think though that by the end of next year they will have everything hammered out nicely - especially with the mass migration that's happening now with Imail changing their rates and their product so dramatically.
