I have internet radio application running on port 7777. application is installed on network computer 192.168.1.101. ofcourse I have the port forward to this local IP. but when I click on the link from my webpage to listen to my music. the URL shows in the winamp or iTunes is :192.168.1.101:7777: it should be my "Public IP:7777" if I manually change the 192.168.1.101 IP address to my public IP address it works okay. I am using Linksys WRT54G router. Any ideas????

Well, what is your link going to? The ext or the int IP? When you are using it, are you on the ext or int network?

the link is going to external IP. like this <24.118.222.345:777-radio.pls> when I click on this link and check the info in the MP3 player, Winamp or i-Tune is shows <192.168.1.101:777-radio.pls> and ofcourse it works from my internal network but not from external network unless I manually edit the IP address and change to my ext IP.
I think I might need a DNS server to resolve this issue.... but I am not sure.
