Hi all

Hope someone can help. I have set up a scheduled backup to backup all the data from the server to an External Harddisk each night. For the 1st, 3rd, 5, and so forth nights the backup is completed with no problems and for the 2nd, 4th, 6th night they swap the external harddisk to another (exactly the same type etc), but this backup will not complete. It seems to go so far and then gives an error message of "End of Media encountered while backing up to non-removable media. The Operation was ended."

Would be grateful for any help.

Hi everyone

Just to let you know that I found the solution. I was trying to backup to a FAT32 External Drive and apparently Microsoft Backup will only backup 4GB to a FAT32. Once I converted the drive to NTFS all is working well.
