Ok,

Here's the deal. A client has requested a domain name that contains a Registered Trademark. I'm not going to use the name he wants, but I'll use a similar example.

Band-Aid

Let's say he wanted to register "www.Band-AidProducts.com". Could he get sued for having a domain name that contains the registered trademark?

It could be legal depending upon how you look at it. Has anyone ever run into this? I sure havn't and didn't know how to answer him.
